1. Breathwork with Healing Mudras (seals with fingers and thumbs )
As such we take breath for granted. But when breathing difficulty arises; we realize its value as a vital life force. Most of the people do not know that breath is directly connected to our thoughts and emotions. That is why learning how to use our breath for healing purpose is very important. Certain breathing techniques can help for quit smoking also. Through breath we can release pain, stress and tension; calm the body and mind.
During the workshop learn how to maintain health through breath work. I will teach how to direct life force to different parts of the body using healing mudras along with the breath.
Class dates and time: Starting on Tuesdays from Feb 23rd and finishing on April 13th. (8 classes) from 6 pm to 7 pm
Fees: $140 for all 8 classes -$20 for drop in. Can e-transfer money to get registered
