Breathwork – Pranayama with healing mudras (In person or online)
As such we take breath for granted. But when breathing difficulty arises; we realize its value as a vital life force. We use only 40 to 60% of the capacity of our lungs in breathing.Most of the people do not know that breath is directly connected to our thoughts and emotions. That is why learning how to use our breath for healing purposes is very important. Certain breathing techniques can even help to quit smoking. Through breath we can release pain, stress and tension; calm the mind.
Course outline: During the classes students will learn to open the 3 lobes of lungs to use maximum capacity of lungs to breathe and then will learn how to direct breath to different parts of the body with healing Mudras. Then We will do the breathing that removes toxins from body and finally will work in calming the mind and soothing the nerves
Regular practice of this breathwork can keep person healthy and happy
Dates & Time:Mondays from Oct 17th to December 12th. (8 classes) from 6.30 to 7.30 as per mountain time
