What is Reiki?
Reiki is a wholesome system of natural healing that blesses with total relaxation and stress release at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Reiki can be used independently for acute and chronic symptoms, or blended with other therapies to enhance the results. It can help healing blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, digestion, constipation, ulcer, migraine, headaches, back problems, asthma, sciatica, joint pains, addiction, alcoholism, insomnia, depression just to name it. Course Outline: Introduction to Reiki includes history, principals, sensitising hands, Attunment, specialities and benefits of Reiki; Chakra system, Chakra Meditation, Reiki and emotions, 21 days cleansing and practice tips, Opportunities to practice on self, partner and group treatments.
Class date & Time March 18th and 19th th and 12 to 4 pm on both days. Total 8 hours
